
How do I return an item?
MaryBeth will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions. ALL personalized product sales are FINAL. Returns on personalized products will not be accepted. MaryBeth will refund or replace any defective product purchased from MaryBeth within 10 days of purchase. Customer must return the product to MaryBeth’s address shown on the sales receipt. Customer must return the product with the original sales receipt included. MaryBeth will not refund any nearly perfect, special priced or promotional sale items. MaryBeth highly recommends the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
